Our team pride themselves on developing risk assessments in consultation with our clients to ensure the result includes workplace and client specific content. We support and work closely with our clients over the course of undertaking a Risk Assessment all the way to implementation and close out of the risk treatments.
Our team can facilitate a review or assessment on any client site. Alternatively, we have facilities at our offices in the Hunter Valley, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Ballina where reviews can be conducted.

-
SSAI Investigations
-
Tap Root Investigations
Our team is prepared to action an investigation team within 24 hours of notification of an incident to:
-
Plan and lead the investigation process
-
Liaise with legal advisors to meet requirements
-
Prepare an investigation report under legal privilege.
Our Risk and Safety team is committed to understanding not only the root-cause of the incident, but all related aspects which contribute to incidents occurring in the first place.
Our team will identify what happened during the incident, whether the incident was foreseeable, whether the injury to the person was a predictable outcome from the incident, and how the incident could have been prevented through the development, implementation and embedding of appropriate control measures.
Each investigation reinforces SAFEgroup’s belief that effective analysis, design review and engineering is essential to reduce injury and, in extreme cases, the loss of life.
