SAFE Project Management

The SAFE team is available to work with you on-demand, project-by-project. Over the years, we have developed strong project management skills to match the expectations of our customers.

For large engagements, our work is tightly project managed with methodologies aligned with the principles of DMO project management methodology and inspired from the Australian Institute of Project Management. Risks are then managed having in mind the Risk Management Standard, AS/NZS 4360.

For smaller or highly cost sensitive projects, we introduce flexibility and maintain quality by having the lead services delivery engineer acting as the project manager as well.

In all cases, we take advantage of efficient technologies (collaborative environments, web conferences, 3DXML...) to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed of the progress.
